• CoolZone Dog products are manufactured, distributed and sold by HTFx, Inc. of Melbourne, Florida.

Shipping

• All online Cool Zone Dog purchases are prepaid by the customer and shipped to Continental US Addresses only.
• All online Cool Zone Dog purchases are shipped via FedEx Ground.
• Customers requiring delivery outside the Continental US, different payment or shipment methods, or wholesale purchasing may contact HTFx, Inc. at (321)724-1022 to arrange their purchase.

Non-Warranty Returns

• Non-Warranty returns may only be made for exchange or credit.
• Non-Warranty returns may only be performed with products that have not been used, damaged or subjected to wear, and are in their original packaging.
• Non-Warranty returns for credit or exchange are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• Non-Warranty returns will not be accepted unless their shipping container is clearly marked with a valid Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number.

Warranty Returns

• CoolZone Dog products are warranted against defects in materials in workmanship for a period of one year.
• HTFx, Inc. will at its option, repair, replace, or offer current retail value credit for products it has deemed to be defective in original materials or workmanship within the warranty period.
• Warranty returns will not be accepted unless their shipping container is clearly marked with a valid Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number.
